You do. Ownership of everything produced under a statement of work transfers to the client on final payment for that milestone, including repositories, schemas, infrastructure definitions and documentation. We keep no licence-back and no runtime dependency on us.

How is a project priced?

After a technical discovery session and a written scope. We do not publish day rates or fixed package prices, because a figure quoted before the architecture is understood is a figure that gets revised. Every quote is itemised by phase and valid for 30 days.

Where we process personal data on your behalf we sign a GDPR Article 28 data processing agreement first, production data is not copied to developer machines, and test environments use anonymised data. Yes, and it is a large part of what we do. It begins with a code and infrastructure audit delivered as a written report: what is sound, what is at risk, what has to be replaced, and what it takes to get a reliable release out. The report is yours regardless of what you decide next.
